Account deletion

Open the app, go to Profile and tap "Delete account". You will be asked to retype your email address to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Sign in at bbxtournamentmanager.com, open your profile page and use "Delete account" at the bottom. Confirmation also requires retyping your email address.

Write to albertocabasvidani@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, asking for your account to be deleted. We action it within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done. If you write from a different address we will first have to verify that the account is yours.

• Your credentials: email address and password.
• Your profile: player name, region, city, club and language.
• The push notification registrations on your devices.
• Tournaments you organise that are not finished yet (drafts, open registration, live), together with their registrations.

Matches you already played stay in their finished tournaments and standings, under the player name you had at the time, but they are no longer linked to you or to any account.

The reason is that those results are not only yours: they also belong to the people who played against you. Deleting them would rewrite scores, brackets and standings for every other participant of those tournaments after the fact.

Tournaments and series you organised that are already finished stay available to read, with no organiser attached.

Replay videos were never on our servers: they live in the storage of the device that recorded them. They stay there after the account is deleted, and you remove them from the app video list or by uninstalling the app.
